ETP is the financial instrument that provides all guarantees and seamlessly aligns with RRI's highly liquid strategy.

DEFINITION

Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) are listed securities allowing investors to participate in the underlying index or strategy.

They can wrap an actively managed strategy or simply track an index.

ETPs can be listed swiftly, with low entry barriers, and trade on regulated exchanges’ main markets.

This places them between Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs) and traditional Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).

OPERATIONAL AND TAX ASPECTS

From an operational and fiscal standpoint, it is comparable to investing in a stock or an ETF.

MIFID II compliant: Accessible to all investor types – no requirement for professional status.

Both the manager and other investors invest in the same product. 

ACCESIBILITY

Traded on major brokers with access to the London Stock Exchange, e.g. Interactive Brokers, Degiro.

PASSPORTING ACROSS UK/EU

It has its own ISIN¹ and may be transferrable to other structurers within UK/ EU. 

CREDIT RISK

Minimal, as it owns 100% of the underlying assets.

LIQUIDITY

The market maker ensures asset liquidity (with a 32 basis points spread).
